Refund Policy

Thank you for your support of Full Gospel Youth Ministry (FGYM). This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for event registrations and donations made through our website.
1. Event Registrations
Due to the logistical planning and costs associated with our events, registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
- Cancellation by Attendee: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to our contact email address at least 14 days prior to the event start date. We cannot guarantee a refund, but we will review your request. Any refund that is granted may be subject to a processing fee to cover transaction costs.
- Event Cancellation by FGYM: In the unlikely event that FGYM must cancel an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
- Transfer of Registration: In some cases, you may be able to transfer your registration to another person. Please contact us to inquire about this possibility for a specific event.
2. Donations
Donations made to FGYM are considered charitable contributions and are vital to supporting our ministry. As such, they are not typically refundable.
We ask that you exercise care and prayerful consideration when making a donation. If you believe an error has been made in the processing of your donation (for example, if you accidentally entered the wrong amount or made a duplicate transaction), please contact us immediately.
We will review any notified error and, if confirmed, will make the appropriate correction or refund. Refund requests for donations must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by our team.
4. Policy Modifications
FGYM reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
